HotDog Professional 6.6. Available at:

Sausage Software's an Australian company. I'm mondo pleased with this editor.
Strikes a nice balance between "hand-coding" and a package that does everything
visually (and leaves craploads of bloated code lying around your Website). You
can make nice, streamlined Websites or pages with this package. 30-day free
trials are available off of the above link. I've used this editor/developer
with various clients, including IBM Global Services, and everyone's always
amazed at how compact the HTML is.
