[OM] Carl Shipman Books on Olympus Cameras

Does anyone know how many issues there were of the Carl Shipman  "How to
Select and Use Olympus Cameras"?  I have seen issues published in 1979,
1981, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1987, and 1989.  Someone on the list said there was
a 1986 publication, but I have never seen one or been able to find one.  Are
there any others?
