I think the next thing you should do is determine where the fault actually
comes from.
First, is it the lens, or is it the camera? Or something else?.
Do any other lenses on that same body show the same artifacts?
If they do, it's the camera body that's at fault (flying shutter cords?,
internal
reflections from something that shouldn't be there?; failed body foam on one
of the side rails? ( it doesn't seem to be an end-foam fault))
If the same lens on other bodies shows the same faults, probably it's the
lens that's at fault..
If the fault shows up regardless of lens or body, then it's a possibly
photofinisher fault.
If it's probably a lens fault, then you should look carefully through it for
edge
reflections or similar from parts of the lens, or a foreign body in there..
