[OM] Extension Tubes

Hi Jon,

I paid the equivalent of GBP 30 for a set of (excellent) Hama auto OM tubes 
20 years ago.

Individual OM tubes each cost about as much. You will still probably find that 
you will need the 7mm OM auto tube.
