A while back, I created a hotmail address, with a completely random and
highly unlikely to guess account name. I never used it, never announced
it. Yet after 1 week, it had 74 spams.
Personally, I think that someone has a hook on the inside of hotmail
(actually, on the inside of Microsoft) for harvesting addresses.
