Well, there should be no spam probagating out through this list, I can
assure you. Only subscribers can post to the list, and few (no) spammers
take the effort of actually subscribing.
So if you receive offers for Viagra and vitamines that appear to be from
the list, please check again, then check the header. I am sure that you
will find that it comes from elsewhere (perhaps with a falsely set
reply-to or from address).
I can say for sure, that there are lots of spammers trying to send mail to
the list - I get all their rejects off the listserver. However I have not
received any spam through the list since it was made to allow postings
from subscribers-only.
