I can see why this would be better than a standard pan/tilt head, but I'm
missing the connection to ball heads -- surely the whole advantage of a ball
head is that you loosen _one_ thing, position the camera, and tighten one
thing back up again. This seems like almost the exact opposite -- you can't
even loosen-and-swing in one axis like you can with a pan/tilt head, you
have to step each axis around one at a time. (not that this is worse, just
very different)
What am I missing here?
