I'm starting to look at picking up a long telephoto lens to add to the kit.
Right now the best I can offer up is a 200/4 zuiko.
I'd like something in the 500mm range for wildlife shooting, and since the
only lens in that range is the zuiko mirror lens, I've been thinking about
it a bit. Has anyone got experience with it? Would I be just as good off
with the Tamron, Tokina, or vivtar versions of this lens?
Or am I WAY off base & should I be instead thinking of putting a 2XTC on a
new 300/4.5?
All this is, of course, assuming I'm not going to shell out for the
250/2&2XA combo or the 350/2.8&1.4XA combo... both of which are a little out
of the dollar range I'm imagining...
