It should work with any Zuiko, as there are no elements to interfere with
the lens glass. The effective magnification range will vary based on the
focal length of the lens, and with very short wide-angle lenses it might be
physically impossible to get a subject in focus due to the optical design of
the lens.
With telephotos the impact of the extension will be less, but it will move
the closest focus distance nearer to you in any case. The 25mm is the right
length for 1:1 when used with a 50mm macro lens at closest focus, with
longer lenses you need more extension for 1:1, with shorter lenses you will
get magnifications higher than 1:1.
