I did the same and also received an error. I went back later and
completed the survey without a problem. I would think with the CMOS
chips coming out that approximate the size of a 35mm frame that using
standard 35mm lenses would be possible!

Well, I did the survey and got some kind of error at the end... I hope
my comments made it. Looks like they are trying to set the price ranges
for a P & S, IS-type, Leica-M type, and OM-type digital camera. I told
them in a comment that the need to make an adapter for using "existing
SLR lenses i.e. OM-mount Zuiko lenses" on the new digital SLR. I hope I
didn't blow my cover...
