I heartily concur. These are remarkable photographs. Moreover, they
maintain a consistency of "look," due to the long tonal range. It takes
skill to acquire that kind of negative under the duress of on-the-spot
journalism, and to insist on maintaining it throughout the darkroom. I
am assuming these were film-
based not digital; right or wrong?
