Olympus did not want people using these screens in models that meter off the
focusing screen. The screens are so bright they produce meter errors.
Cutting about half of the width of the tab off will make it fit. With a
normal lens, meter will be off about 2/3 rds of a stop, resulting in
underexposure.

Subject: [OM] Focusing Screen 2-13 on a OM-2(N)
Good day :
Usually on me OM1 I use a 1-1 Focusing Screen, but some times is to dificult
use it. To me is more natural the 2-13 that always I have on the OM-2(n).
Yesterday I buy a new 2-13 for the OM1 and found when I read at the Focusing
Screens table that the 2-4 and 2-13 ¨ Cannot be mounted on the OM-1(n) and
OM-2(n).
¿¿??? Can anybody explainme the reason ?.
