In an OM-1, the cds cells that operate the light meter are located above the 
focusing screen, next to the eyepiece.  When you change to the clearer 2 
series screens, the amount of incident light falling on the mater is changed 
and thus gives a couple of stops of error.  In an OM-2 this is not a problem 
because light is read from the film plane.  An OM-1 would have to be 
modified to give the correct reading.
