We may or may not like the concept of the reenactments but they certainly do
create a unique photo opportunity. The display we just saw is evidence of

I think perhaps some might find it interesting that people actually
gathered to watch civil war battles as they took place. So people
gathering to watch re-enactments does not seem so strange to me.
Could you imagine being a soldier at Gettysburg and looking up to a distant
hilltop and seeing it crowded with women, children and old men watching???
Besides, how else could one be a an OM touting civil war combat
photographer???
