Hello Amiruddin,
I think the real reason why no one replied to you former question was your
difficult to spell name (I used Cut and paste to get it right ;-)) But since
you were kind enough to type a polite intro I will try and answer your
questions. ;-) again.
1) Combining T-series flashes with the F280 flash is simply not possible! It
was designed to work that way. I do not know however why this is. I can
imagine it wouldn't have been too difficult to make it possible since in
normal mode the F280 very much behaves like a T-series flash.
2) I do not own a OM-2s and never have, but I can tell that both the OM-2n
and OM-4Ti will release the locked up mirror with fresh batteries and
turning the lever to test/reset. I have never heard of having to remove the
bottom plate for this, so I believe your example of the 2s is faultive in
this way. If this is the only problem with it however, I would not bother to
get it repaired, just always check in time for freshness of the batteries
and replace in time.
Well both answer sure don't help, but I hope they do explain.
Good luck,
