After head scratching for a while, I was wondering if maybe the winder was to blame for the skipping film. I had a winder 1 attached to my OM-1n when shooting (though I was not using it because of noise) and noticed ratcheting and "extra" exposures after about 20 frames in the rolls shot. Anyone else have this same experience?
