I only recently acquired the BG2 but use it almost everytime I'm going to
use the T-32 flash I've got. I like the quick recycle time, but most
important is the red-eye reduction. I went to a birthday party for my niece
a few weeks ago and didn't use the BG2...and I regret it because of the
redeye.

Can anyone comment on in what situations you use your BG2, or how often,
benefits of using it, etc.?
I use my BG2 almost every time I need a flash. Coupled with a Winder 2 and
an
M Grip cord (in my case usually on the OM-2S) it can't be beat. The Grip
Strap helps an awful lot too. Faster recycling times, more flashes between
battery changes, it gets the flash further away from the lens to help reduce
red eye, etc... I frequently put a Stofen Omnibounce on the T32 as well,
especially if I don't have a good surface for bouncing off of (white wall or
ceiling). It's also a good way to get a T20 off ca,era, since it provides a
TTL connector. The BG2's are probably easier to find than the TTL Connector
T20s, and with the way things are going they will probably be cheaper too!
Hope this helps,
Paul
