Can't remember who on the list mentioned AuctionSniper as a tool
for bidding on the Bay, but I tried it last night for the first
time and it worked -- I've been having trouble with my DSL line,
so I wasn't even on-line for most of the last day of bidding, but
AuctionSniper was there.
Now I'm awaiting the arrival of a military-surplus Fairchild
portable long-roll processor, new in its original case, with the
optional electric drive. I've seen a beat-up used one without the
drive motor go for twice that, luckily this one was listed in the
paper and chemistry category instead of darkroom equipment.
No OM relevance unless I someday get a 250 back, but it's just in
time for sunny spring weather with 70mm infrared in my Mamiya
Press. No more hand-cranking the film back and forth for me!
Thanks whoever suggested AuctionSniper!
