I don't see any reason to use a 135/4.5 on other tubes, if you don't have
65-110 tube you should buy one or just sell the lens. With a 65mm tube, it
focus from around 10 feet to infinity. You may try two 25mm tube plus a 14mm
tube, but why? Then you need another extension tube to make it focus to
macro range.
