Sounds like the f2 would be great for my concert pictures.
It sounds like a neat lens although I can frequently sneak the 100 f/2.8
into concerts and the f/2 wouldn't work for that! My formula is to wear my
hunting vest with pockets stuffed with film and the 135 f/2.8 lens. At the
back of the neck is a D-ring. I hang the OM with 100mm f/2.8 from that,
inside my vest. The bouncers are so busy looking for the NEXT underage
drinker that they don't look at the BACKS of people who they already
approved.
Only drawback is shooting both lenses (135 /3.5 and 100/2.8) wide open.
Unlike my old Tamron 85-210 f/4.5, the Zuikos are both sharp enough to allow
that.
Do I lust in my heart for the 90 macro? You bet! This range (90 -135) is
perfect for what I do and I'm looking for a Viv Series 1 135 f/2.3. Anybody
want to sell one?
