The OM3 series was supposed to be rated for over 30,000 rolls of film. One
could get a lot of paint wear for a small fraction of that amount of film
and still have a good camera. My OM3 looks like hell but it works very well.

HI to All
I just spotted a really well used, all brassed up with yellow metal showing
OM 3 at the local camera store district. This one looks decidedly used up,
not abused but must've seen a lot in its lifetime.
Surprisingly it seems to work, metering seems to be ok etc. Winder mechanism
seems to have slack etc.
Finally I ask about the price: US 80.00....Is this worth it? a mini Fang?
I have long wanted an OM 4T for the mulitspot metering. Here I get one ....
Are top covers still available? Or anyone with a dead OM 3 body ?
Regards
Titoy
