[OM] Double cable release for Auto Bellows

I bought a macro bellows from ebay, but it came without the double cable
release. Does anyone know if the cable is/(has been) sold seperately on ebay
?
Alternatively, can I use two regular cable releases to trip the shutter and
stop down simultaneously ?
