It's true that flat panels prices have dropped a lot and they do save a
lot of place, but they are still far away, in term of image quality,
from a good CRT, even if they already haved improved a lot. It will
change in the very near future, because the market is growing very
quickly, as R&D. A very good 19' CRT is still much better to iew images
than any other LCD, IMHO. But everybody has to make his own opinion,
really a question of feeling, nobody has the same vision.
