If you mean by "high-eyepoint finder" that you can hold the camera at waist
height and look down into the finder, I've got a very old Miranda where you
can remove the prism to give this ability.

That is a waist level finder, not a high eye-point finder which is an
enlarged prism/viewfinder system which allows viewing the entire
focus screen from a greater than normal distance.
