Thanks, Mark! Real info. Interesting that I was thinking form the auction
advert that they also covered disassembly reassembly. Nice to know that
isn't the case without the Oly info as well.
Would you generally consider them "worth the investment"?
I couldn't decide what was up from the SPT. Their website has essentially
ZERO info other than "pay a bunch of money and join us." And what they do
have made it look like to me C&C owned, operated and ran the whole thing. A
"captive organization," so to speak.

Yes, I have the C&C guides for most of the OM bodies. They're pretty good,
they have nice simple flow charts to help you diagnose problems. At times
they get a bit too technical and go into repairs that would normally be
considered BER (beyond economical repair). All of the guides are centered
around *troubleshooting*, not disassembly or mechanical repair. You still
need the Olympus service manuals if you want to know how things go together.
Yes, the SPT is real and used to publish journals with detailed information
on camera repair.
