I have a 28mm f/2.8 right now. It's just so so IMHO. I'm wondering, am I
missing that much from having a28mm vs. a 24mm?? I will be doing a lot of

9 degrees will buy me all that much... I mean enough for me to take a loss
on a trade from 28mm to 24mm.
Good trade or no?
I would say yes. It depends, of course, on what you're trying to do with
a wide angle, but the 24 is wide enough to actually be of use in close
quarters; the 28 always left me whining about what would have been inside
the composition if only...
a 24 and a 35 would do it nicely for me.

ps I have a badly beaten but optically quite nice 24/2.8 that I should
probably find a good home for.
