The 90/2 if you are going to do regular macro. This
lens goes to 1/2 lifesize normally, the 100/2 goes to
1/5 lifesize normally. It would take a 30mm extension
tube to get to 1/2 lifesize with the 100/2. The 100/2
is a cheaper lens, but not that much cheaper
considering. ($500-600 vs $650-750). Both are great
lenses, the 90 is IMHO more versatile though.
