I can't speak about the 350/2.8 but here's a shot taken with an OM-4 and
the Tamron 300/2.8 (1/500th sec at around f/5.6 on Velvia). The original
slide is so sharp you can cut yourself looking at it. The Tamron is a
great deal for the money (I usually see them for around US$1000-1200 used).
And the Tamron 400/4 is better yet if you can find one.
