Hi Mike,
I got some brochures from my photoshop the other day. They have a
truckload of them there.
A series goes from dia 36~62 mm
(36, 37, 39, 40.5, 41, 42, 43, 43.5, 44, 46, 48, 49, 52, 54, 58, 62, Hblad B50)
P series goes from dia 48~82 mm
(48, 49, 52, 55, 58, 62, 67, 72, 77, 82, Hblad B50/B60/B70 and Rollei VI.)
He has gradual Grey G1 ref 120, Gradual Grey G2 ref 121 (I think you need
this), Gradual Grey Light ref 121L.
In square filters in a holder that fits onto the adapter ring.
If you can't get a brochure I can post one.
Or go to www.cokin.fr (haven't tried that yet - just spotted it on the
brochure)
I'm using Ambico - only available 2nd hand now I think.

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Voiceless it cries,
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe. Wingless flutters,
All mimsy were the borogroves, Toothless bites,
And the mome raths outgrabe. Mouthless mutters.
