Oh no AndrewF, for the same reason that I may not buy a motorbike
(not even a staid BMW R80 secondhand) I may not grow a beard... my
lifelong friend, social secretary and travelling companion does not
like the idea. And since she still does not complain at my
punctuating walks with long stares through little black or chrome
light traps, I continue to respect her wishes...
However, my uniform does seem to shrink and I can't get accurate
scales these days :>).
