Hi Jim,
I bought it, actually it has the m18v control grip(I think its a good
price ). Besides a slight mark on the rubber that presses against the strap
eyelet the whole thing looks like new from the box. It is working fine , and
I am really starting to like it a lot. But: where do you store the md cap ?
I thought it was nice to have the space at my winder 1. Is there some place
at the motor as well? Just now i taped it to the back of the camera, does
not look so nice...

I own two of them! I prefer the big shutter release to the smaller one with
the
remote socket. when I need to run them remotely (rare) I just use the remote
cord for the battery pack. These can often be had at bargain prices. I paid
$120 for my last one WITH a LN m18v control grip!
