Not specifically OM; is there such a thing as a non-OM T20 connector that I

Yes there is . . .
Any major camera store (that sells pro gear including studio lighting) should have a generic hot or cold shoe with 1/4-20 tripod threads tapped on the bottom. This is the usual method for mounting a shoe-mount flash on a Stroboframe, Newton, or similar flash bracket. If it's a hot shoe there's usually only a center contact and some form of PC connection (cord with plug or socket). If it's a cold shoe then it simply holds the foot without any contact(s). However you need to look at any metal cold shoe you find carefully. If the center pin on the bottom of the T-32 shorts to it, then the flash will refuse to fire. Some generic cold shoes designed to simply hold a flash foot have a groove down the center to prevent this. If it's plastic, look for a *sturdy* one that can hold the size and mass of your T-32. Take your T-32 with you. The gap between the foot and the knurled knob isn't as large as it is on other generic flash units. The T-32 will not slide into some of the metal cold shoes if the side rails are too thick.

Notes:
(a) The two off-center pins on a T-20/32 (flash ready and flash quench contacts) are raised by the plastic pin on the bottom of the foot if you slide it into a non-OM shoe, but not the center flash trigger pin. This allows you to use it in a non-OM hot shoe with only a center contact while keeping the other two from shorting out. An OM hot shoe has a depression for this plastic pin that allows all three to make contact in the shoe. (b) Sadly, the "shoe cord" doesn't have this feature to raise the two off-center pins and cannot be used in a non-OM shoe. It can hang up and jam if the two off-center pins catch on the thin metal plate in most shoes. I know all too well and spent an hour disassembling part of a hot shoe to get the shoe cord out of the shoe.
