As others have mentioned new batteries can frequently (at least temporarily)
solve this probelm. I would add, be sure use '357' style batteries (I
prefer Energizer) not S76 kind, or A76. In my experience these have been
much better in my OM-2, YMMV. Also, if this happens after a period of
disuse, try firing a lot of exposures (without film of course) to clean the
contacts, (works sometimes).
