[OM] What do CLAs entail?

What exactly do CLAs on OM bodies entail? What should I expect from one? 
For example, should the viewfinder return spotless and dustfree? Will the 
mirror be cleaned? Will all of the foam be replaced? What else should one 
expect? I'd appreciate your input on this newbie question. thanks.
