If the buyer is willing to meet your terms of a US cashier's cheque or US
money order, then why not sell to him? A wire transfer isn't the only way
to accept payment from a foreign source. I could never understand why
sellers want to restrict their potential customer base. Spell out the
payment and shipping terms and if a buyer is willing to meet them, then
what's wrong with that? I'd say give the person a chance, you may find that
dealing with them is just as easy as dealing with a "local".
