... you're still okay. There's a Windows port of the gimp available from
gimp.org somewhere; works pretty nicely. It tends to leave menus floating
around from time to time, but other than that it's great.

(all that said, for everyday photo touchup, I use a very old version of
Picture Publisher -- lacking in features, but it has easy-to-use clone,
colour/contrast balance, unsharp mask, and that's about all I really want).
