Hi Marcin,
I've used the mju-I since 1992 partly as a backup on trips, partly because I
had borrowed my only OM (an OM-10) to my sister. It died last year.
I always liked the mju-I for its compactness and smooth operation. But after
some years the self-timer died (no big problem). Then the meter went off (no
slides anymore, but OK for prints) and finally it got a light leak (oh no!).
Now it's buried in my cupboard and replaced by a mju-II. Some other users and a
repairmen reported the self-timer issue also, and some said that the front
cover sometimes gets stuck without the chance for economically feasible repair.
I like the mju-II much better. It's even more compact, has a better lens,
spot-metering and the price is just 15 USD more than the mju-I.
Just my humble opinion
Best regards
Bernd Möller
