I use a 72mm B&W polarizer for most all of my uses with the appropriate
step-down rings to 49, 55, or 62 for the OM lenses. (the 35-80/2.8 uses
62mm). It works great with no vignetting. And I only have to take one
polarizer for all my lenses. I just use a 72mm lens cap on the filter. The
only disadvantage is I don't usually have a lens hood on the 72mm filter.

Subject: [OM] polarizer for 21mm
Date: Thu, 18 Oct 2001 19:47:50 -0700
Just got some photos back where i used the 21/3.5 and my standard
polarizer. Well, I guess it sticks out too far because it crops off the
corners of the pictures. Do i need a step up ring and larger dia.
polarizer or just a slim 49mm pol.? Or what?
Mike
