The original OM-2 (not the OM-2n) does something similar to this. It will
keep the shutter open as long is necessary to get enough light, even if
the flash did a full dump. You can't preselect a specific shutter speed
in advance, though (although you can go much longer than the 1 second
available on the OM-3Ti).
You can get the other OMs with OTF flash (OM-2n, OM-2S, OM-4(Ti),
OM-PC/40) to do this as well by covering the contact on the hot shoe that
drives the flash ready LED. I think there are instructions in the FAQ on
how to do this.
