In order to get a shutter speed slower than 1/60 on the 4T you need to put
it in manual mode. Once you do that you lose OTF metering. Sure, you can
shoot with a flash at speeds slower than 1/60, but the flash will need to
be set to "auto" mode. So technically the eSIF is correct.
