Mark -- I've sent my 24 shift to Oly Japan for repair; the front element is
quoted at 30,000 yen which is about $249.50... you might be better off
buying insurance to cover damages if they happen. I don't think the rear
element is that much as its much smaller, but it is also protected by the
mount so I think unlikely to be damaged.
