As one who has owned both champagne and black, I suggest you snap up this
gem. I sort of felt the same way, sold my champagne body to a fellow (at
the time) listee for a steal, and have regretted it ever since. If you
don't want this 'find', I'm sure there are 50 people on the list who would
love it.

Subject: [OM] Stop me before I buy again
Once in awhile I stop in this camera store just in case there might be an
Olympus camera or lens that happened to find its way on the shelf...Usually
this particular shop has little or no OM gear...I saw nothing and was about
to leave when the salesman said that he might have something I would be
interested in and brought forth a flawless OM4T in the champagne finish...I
checked it out and doubt if more than a couple of rolls ever went through.
According to the salesman it was traded in on a auto everything camera and
said the 4T is no longer in production although B&H has a OM4Ti listed and
current???...The serial number is 1112222...Would anyone know if this was an
early model?...It was priced at $665. and without me asking he reduced the
price to $600...I pushed away from the counter before I could be swayed
anymore as I have (and use) five OM bodies including a OM4 and the last
thing I need is one more (I think)...I plan to take another look tomorrow
and see if they would take a bit less...If it were a black body I might be
hooked.
