And would be so easy to implement. What happened to that little window where you could see the film in the camera? Now we have to reinvent the wheel so to speak. Why not have an indicator that registers when a cartridge is in the camera? Add to that a counter that doesn't count unless there is film in the camera. As a person who sometimes leaves a camera laying around for months at a time it would sure be nice to be positive the film is loaded or not.
