I tend to always leave film in the body almost on principle; when I'm not
doing this, I set the speed to 25. This is more so I don't accidentally open
the back on a film than to save myself taking photos empty -- though I've
done the latter, I'll admit.
It's not completely foolproof, but it's occasionally been a helpful
reminder.
