thanks much (i know i know, i should've consolidated all my "thank you"s into
one post to save bandwidth, but hey, this way, we get a better
signal to noise ratio! that rose shot was one of my first macros (funny how the
shot that you give least thought to comes out great, and the one
you laboured over isn't all that great....) taken at the university of redlands
rose garden. ferns and fanleaf were ucr botanic gardens last month.
the crescent moon was one of my first astros, nov 98 i believe. the other ones
have dates. i just hope i can pull of a few keepers during the
leonids this november, and i have the collected wisdom from past shoots re.
film speeds, apertures, keeping warm, etc. hope to venture out
soon for the tope7 attempt. best wishes to all!
