I would like to get some viewpoints on a dilemma I am having.

I am looking to purchase a multi coated, not too slow but good quality
28-105mm.
I can get a new Tokina 28-105 F3.5/4.8SZX with 62mm filter size.
It is from B&H photo.  The cost is $189.95

Or should I (would you) get a uses 35-105 Zuiko F3.5/4.5  with 55mm
filter size which I already have, and carry a Zuiko 28 3.5 in my pocket?
I believe I could get the zoom for $200 to $300.  I already have the 28mm.
