OM2000 is made by Cosina, is mostly plastic. I absolutely believe you'd be
happier with a sought out good deal on an OM-2n... you can find gems out
there in the price range you're looking to spend on a 2000. I believe that
a 2n that you'd acquire that's already 15 year old will quite conceivably
out-live a brand new 2000.
>From what I've read in previous threads, I think you'd be well advised to
steer clear of A*orama. I've had no experience with them, but several list
members have. I have dealt successfully with B&H on numerous occasions.
Always a pleasant experience.
