Just a little FYI, wind chill only effects humans and has no impact on
inanimate objects. Wind will, however, cool something faster, like stirring
a drink with ice in it. Once the temperture of the object reaches the
surrounding air temperture, wind does nothing in the cooling process or how
cold the object feels.
