Whenever I have purchased from KEH, and they did not specify caps, the lense
has arrived with no caps but carefully wrapped in plastic and surrounded by
styro-peanuts.....usually I have purchased lenses graded as "Bargain" and
sometimes there are is a very minor cleaning mark(s) on the front
element......if they got there during shipping I wouldn't know it. They
have been so minor it was never a problem.
