The moral is order small items from John H. or another similarly customer
service-oriented buy, and the big stuff from B&H. The error is probably
due to the pickers not looking really closely at the boxes. B&H does so
good on most shipments, I wouldn't ding them for errors on these odd
items. Just learn their limitations.
BTW, have you ever been to B&H? It's quite an experience and a very
well-oiled machine at work. Just don't go on Friday, it's usually a madhouse.
